I just went in on Friday. I described the issue I was having and the gentleman there knew what Phone I had without me having to show him. He literally knew the phone from the problem. So incredibly knowledgeable. On top of that, he had it fixed in 2 hours for me. I was lucky and he had the parts in stock already. It was also very reasonably priced. Either way, if I ever have any phone problems from here forward I will not be going anywhere else but to Phone Geeks.

The guy with the awesome beard has the patience of a saint for what I watch him deal with in the shop... And is always kind and knowledgeable and gets the repairs done fast and for a reasonable price. This is my third time using them and I'll use them again. Thank you!

I came in on 4-29-25 to have my iPad looked at, well little did I know I had hit the jackpot, Ernie told me what was wrong with it and how much to fix, since the iPad was so old it didn’t make sense to fix it, he told me for a few more dollars I could get a newer refurbished model. So we talked a little more and I asked if he had any for sale and he did, so I bought it and couldn’t be happier with it. This will definitely be my go to tech repair shop from now on. Thank you to Ernie and his honesty and professionalism.
