I like coming to this phone place and the guy ernie is one of the best guys that I like because he clean my PS5 and he also fixed it when I bright back home to play on it and my PS5 wasn't turning on so I took it back to him and he manage to fix it and I will always come here and ask him questions if I have something to talk with him about.
I have had several phones looked at and cleaned up inside on mobile phones in the arnold store and it is a pleasure to see them clean up the mess I caused y trying to learn my mobile phone a d it always works better and takes the technician a very quick process ....he was truly a phone geek
The man at the front desk was professional and courteous. The repair was quick within 2-3hrs despite them being relatively busy. The new screen looks better than the old one ever did and I swear the speaker works better than it ever did and I’m not sure if that’s just a placebo effect but I will gladly take it. 10/10 will go back for any future needs. I believe in repairing not replacing tech and if you do also then this business is a godsend.
