What a wonderful place and so honest. There seem to have been a backlog and I was told it would be 3 weeks to get my laptop whiped cleaned. But we were told wait just a minute. It would be a little further out but I can give you the name and number of someone else that might be able to help you sooner.
That is what I call customer service above and beyond. Hopefully I will not have any more computer issues but if I do I would definitely go to PCTech in Arnold
Had an issue with my micro pin charger port, part of the plug stuck in side the port on the laptop. Tech quickly took the back off and confirmed the port was not a replaceable component. Recommended a cell phone repair place might have some small tweezers to get the damaged part out. NO CHARGE! Bought some micro tweezers and my daughter got the junk out. Works great. Loved that the guy helped me out like that!
