My laptop was hit by a hacker and shut it down. I called PC Tech and received immediate help by Chris! It was amazing how he cleaned things up and secured my laptop. He was very professional and patient with me by explaining things in a way I could comprehend! I would be lost without PC Tech! Great job!
REALLY helped me out a bunch, I'm a computer person and me and Chris were both stumped to what was going on with my computer but he narrowed it down and helped me out alot! Thank you so much man I recommend this place 10/10
I cannot recommend them highly enough. I had not heard of them until a few weeks ago. It was perfect timing. I'm sure that everyone is really good, but I was fortunate enough to have Chris as my tech. He is incredibly knowledgeable. He has been so patient and tolerant with me; tech challenged is understated. I will refer anyone in need of help to them, and specifically to Chris. His kindness and helpfulness are greatly appreciated.
