Loved spending my evening at LookAfter! Tricia did a fabulous job cutting and deep conditioning my hair. She asked me thorough questions about what I wanted and gave me advice on how to style it day to day. She is very warm and inviting and knowledgeable. I recommend this salon to anyone in the Arnold area.

Kristie did a great job on my hair and I'd love for her to do it again! She did exactly what I wanted and remembered my hair's quirks from last time, too! Prices are reasonable. However, the person who checked me out needs training. I went in at the end of December and asked for a 6 week follow up, and she insisted that was in April. I didn't have the energy to argue, so I canceled it when I got home and I'll rebook with Kristie for February. It's the second encounter I've had with this other person (dark hair with chunky highlights) and she's frustrating to work with.

I stopped in for a trim. My stylist did a great job. I think her name is Kristie. I would go back to her. However, I almost didn't even stay for the cut because the lady who greeted me (blonde with pink highlights) made me feel like I was an inconvenience. There was literally one customer in the place. She said, "We can't see you now." Then, my stylist walks up and says, "Yes, put her in." The blonde then says, "We'll squeeze you in somewhere."While my stylist was cutting my hair, she said, "We literally had nothing on the books today." Again, my stylist was great.
