My Mom recently passed away and Duke and Kim made our experience better than I would have thought. First of all when you call you talk to a real person. Then you receive a call back within an hour. The book they gave us with everyone's signature also had pictures of all the flowers that were delivered with a detailed note of what kind of flowers, the note from the sender and the florist they came from. This made writing a thank you so much easier. They only hold one funeral at a time, which shows they really care about the family. My Mom looked beautiful.
