Great company! Randy and his guys are awesome! They're honest, polite, and professional. A couple years ago, Randy replaced the ac/furnace unit at our home so I knew who to call when our shop furnace went out. They got out here quickly to diagnose the problem and by the next week our guys were nice & warm. Residential or commercial, you're in good hands.

Two weeks ago (during the 96 degree temps) my AC refused to cool! I contacted Randy at Global Warming and Cooling. Within an hour, he was at my home and ran a series of diagnostics on my system. It was so low on coolant, it couldn't cool my house. I had coolant added a year ago, so now knew there had to be a leak. The system was about 19 years old.
Randy offered several options, including repairing/re-charging the current system - and provided information on 3 various replacement HVAC systems, at 3 price points.

I'm renovating a house and needed a new furnace, a/c unit, and hot water heater. I got a couple of other estimates, but my general contractor highly recommended Global. Randy came out, examined the situation, and gave me a very competitive quote with multiple options. I decided to go with Randy, and very glad that I did. He is extremely nice, professional, and really cares about his work. He installed the new units, hauled away the old ones, and has been back a couple of times since to make adjustments. He's very accessible, honest, and always provides service with a smile. Could not recommend more highly.
