I have used Controlled Heating and Air conditioning for all my AC needs. Back in 2021 I had a flood in my basement and they came out and replaced all my components. Fast forward to this year I had them come out and tune up my AC and they found my evaporator was leaking. They where able to replace it quickly before the heat of Summer. The system is running great. We were referred to you over 10-yrs ago and Marty has been helping us keep our original HVAC compressor recharged annually as long as we could.
