After my house flooded, I spent nearly three months trying to find an electrician. I couldn't find anyone who could get me on the schedule or was willing to take on flood-related work. I finally called Bates, and I only wish I had called them first.

Bates responded in a timely fashion for defective air conditioning wiring and a broken main breaker. The electricians Adam,Ian and Scott were very professional.I am very satisfied with the work performed .I would definitely use them again
Leaving this review for the person who helped us, not the company itself. I scanned a QR code so I believe this review is affiliated with him, and I’m writing this as a thank you because he was so great. We had some work done months ago. The electrician did not know what some odd component was (our house has a low voltage system with relays and a bunch of other funky stuff) he turned it it off because he didn’t know what it was, which led to us not having power in various rooms across the house for about 3 months.
