I only had partial power in my home after a storm took out my power. Corbin, from Bates, came in and found the issue in the line quickly and restored my power. Can’t ask for more than that. I will be going to Bates for any future electrical issues.

Update: The very next morning after leaving this review I received a call from Steve at Bates and he apologized for the delay in getting the estimate back to me. I appreciate them taking the time to get back to me with an update. A little more transparency up front from the original in home consultant is all I would have expected, especially when I am paying for the estimate vs your competitors that don’t charge a fee. I assumed paying for that service would equal a more premium experience. Changed from 1 star to 4 stars.
Paid $125 for an estimate and was told I would receive a call and email next day to go over estimate. Called the office and was told I was misinformed… read full review
