I called Bates last Friday to resolve an issue with my balcony light. Dave came out first thing Monday and was even kind and waited when my building wouldn't let him in. He troubleshooted the issue and was back out Wednesday to install a new fixture. They were quick and efficient! I recommend Bates Electric and Dave for all of your electric needs.

I had some ceiling fan wiring that needed to be fixed Ian was knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. He was able to quickly identify the problem and resolve it. I appreciated the narrative while he worked to help me understand what was going on. I would recommend Ian and would request him for my next miswiring misadventure.
