1st choice was recommended by a family member who worked with them in the past and I'm happy I took the recommendation. We called on a Monday, Bryan came out on the same Wednesday, and we had a new roof installed 10 days later. No high pressure sales, no upsells, just honesty. It's hard to describe without sounding fake, but he just seemed trustworthy, and he was the first roofing sales person I could say that about.

Edit: The owner and his team came out to assess the job. I'm happy to report they were as appalled by the work done as I was. They assured me someone else would work on fixing things up. In just a few days, Brian came out to repair everything and went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Since I truly don't blame the owner for what had happened and the repairs and cleanup were done quickly and beautifully, I am taking back my 1 star rating and giving them 5 stars.

The roof for our back patio has had a couple leaky spots, so we called First Choice to see if they could help us figure out the issue and how to resolve it. Bryan came out, took a look at our roof, made a couple suggestions and did a couple small things. The immediate issues appear to have been resolved and we couldn’t be happier. Thanks to First Choice for coming out as quickly as they did and helping get things taken care of.
