H & E West MO Veterinary Clinic provides exceptional care for animals. The clinic offers emergency services, including deliveries, and has a team of caring professionals who go above and beyond to ensure the well-being of pets. They also provide free vaccines during community events, demonstrating their commitment to public health. The veterinarians at H & E West MO are kind, professional, and attentive, making patients feel comfortable and at ease. The staff is super nice and supportive. They take care of both kinds of animals: large and small. They also helped out getting paperwork squared away for traveling with a kitten that fell out of the engine compartment. They have cheap dog food and all the ear tags you could want.
Our 2 yr old beagle Oakley was hit by a car Thanksgiving evening. We called emergency number and sent us on our way to the clinic. We left from Mountrose and Dr. Larry was already there. Oakley is now a tripod pup and is improving daily. I give a lot of thanks to him and his staff. We are blessed to have, when our kids are in dire need. Randi and I thank you with our hearts.
We're so grateful Dr Larry and the staff were recommended to us after we had an issue with our previous long time vet. The staff is wonderful and they take great care of our Charlie. It's nice to have a vet who still cares about the animals and not just the money.
My first experience here was sadly to take my baby for cremation.. The staff were compassionate, friendly and informative on the phone.
When I arrived they were again compassionate friendly and informative. They are so allowed me to take my time and getting done what was needed while there.
A few weeks later I received a wonderful card signed individually by each of them wishing their complete condolences for the loss of my fur baby.. I would recommend this vet to anybody and I personally will continue to drive the hour to see them with my other fur babies
