Because of the lack of business, they are now finding issues that don't exist!! Three times in the last 2 years vehicle was diagnosed with a major problem. When I asked questions they could not give answers. Went to another garage and no actual problems existed! Do not depend on them for anything!!!

Called Zumbro Mechanical several times over a week ago when our a/c went down. They never returned our calls (still haven't). So we called Tonna Heating and Air conditiong, and they came out the same day. I can understand a business being too busy to make a service call for a few days, but I can't understand a business model that involves NOT returning phone calls to tell the customer what is going on.
