I have two dogs and ZimmVet has always been so responsive to all of their urgent medical needs. The staff are kind and willing to do whatever they can to make all of us feel at ease with whatever the situation is. I do not even have the words to describe how beyond amazing this clinic and their staff truly are. The kindness, patience, compassion and more they provide for my sweet (very anxious cutie pie) german shepherd is indescribable and I am so grateful we found them. Not only that, but the courtesy and kindness they provide for their human clients is incredible. Miss Lena’s wonderful doctor and wonderful tech, very carefully and thoughtfully explained all pricing and estimated costs throughout the appointment, and before completing anything to make sure I was fully informed throughout and aware of what was going on as well. We absolutely love this vet clinic! The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cares about both pets and their owners. It’s always easy to get in for appointments, which is such a relief when something comes up. The pharmacy staff is helpful and goes out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of. Best of all, my dogs are always excited to see everyone there—it says a lot about how welcoming and loving the environment is. Highly recommend!
