I am so glad we got in contact with Joel and Josh from Casper’s Excavating. They have been extremely reliable and easy to work with. We needed to have our septic system replaced. They came and gave a detailed explanation of what needed to be done, the timeframe needed and gave us a very competitive bid. From beginning to end, they kept us informed of the progress and showed us exactly what and how the new system was being installed. They worked very hard to make sure the installation was non invasive and were extremely careful not to damage existing trees and flower beds. We noticed the pump on our septic system wasn't working at 8 pm on a Monday evening. Sent an email to Casper and got a response that night. They called shortly after 7 am the next day and were at our house around 8 am. The pump and switch were replaced in about an hour. Excellent customer service.

We have always had a great experience with Casper. They are great with communication and prompt with service. They also answer the phone outside of normal business hours in cases of emergency. They have decades of experience in the industry as well as a rock solid crew. We highly recommend them for septic as well as excavation services.
