I missed setting out my container and I contacted them to see if it could possibly still be picked up. They responded within minutes and had the container emptied quickly. Great customer service even when it was my mistake!

Would have been 5 stars, but I don't understand why they leave the lids open to catch snow and rain water (ours is not an automated pick up)Service: Trash removal & disposal
