Busy place, rushed hair cut resulted in it being a little uneven. The hairdresser was nice. Waiting times can be crazy, I got there 10 minutes before opening. I was the 10th person in line and the wait was about 50 minutes.

One of the stylist is very rude and has a bad attitude and no customer service skills what’s so ever. She did not listen to my instructions. In the end I requested another stylist who finished the job and was very attentive we have used her in the past.

It wouldn't let me check on online, so I did a walk in. It was half an hour before closing time, but one of the employees was able to fit me in quick since my haircut doesn't take very long. The price is pretty high for no more than my haircuts take, but the customer service was fantastic.
