Dennis did personal and business taxes and bookkeeping for me for a decade. Always had to file extensions, was never prepared for our meetings. I ended up paying $1,000s in late fees and penalties. Plus he was always at least a year late sending out his bills for service. You get what you pay for, cheap, but will cost you in long run.
