We can't say enough good things about the staff here! Brought our foster pup to them as the rescue vet couldn't figure out the illness after 5 months. First appointment with Valley Creek and they nailed it! Got him on the correct drugs that week and he's now a healthy dog running and playing with his new family!
They are always friendly and very professional checking and taking care of my three babies. They are very gentle and show their concerns by asking how their hygiene and diet are. These two issues are very important to me from a professional staff member to address.
Let's say that all the people at the clinic are nice. I had been taking my dogs here for the past 4 years and found this place to be satisfactory. In the past I had a need to bring one of my dogs for ear infection and arranging any appointments with this clinic in timely fashion was impossible. So no this clinic did not get 5 star review from me for the fact that urgency appointments are not important to them. We couldn't have waited for 2 weeks. So I had to find another vet for her.
