As an athelete, I try to find the most effective forms of recovery. My joints always ache and my muscles are usually sore from rigorous training. I happened to venture into cupping with Adrienne. Ultimately, these sessions led to a faster recovery time. I then started to become curious about what acupuncture could do for my joints, especially for my knees. We happened to do a tiny session to test the waters, and I am SO happy that I decided to let my curiosity get the best of me. Not only is Adrienne well-versed in all things Chinese medicine, but she managed to help ease my aches. After a couple sessions of acupuncture, the mobility in my knees has improved impeccably. I have very little weakness in my knees and absolutely no sharp pains. Aside from my knees, my neck is an area that I have pain problems with because of sleep/stress.
