We decided to remodel our primary bathroom, gutting and reconfiguring the layout. We had a few quotes - one was low, but had zero design or service included. The second was SpaceTurtle and while it was higher than we initially wanted to spend, the quote made sense and we knew where we had control to influence cost. The third came in a little less than ST, but there wasn't the same level of project management and transparency. We decided to hire SpaceTurtle, recognizing it was an important investment in our home. We're SO HAPPY we did. It felt like we were part of a team, with everyone playing their role. Mai See brought our design vision to life, hearing what really mattered and helping strike the perfect balance of modern and sexy. All of the trades were kind and did their best to stay out of our way (I was working from home throughout the project). They kept us in the loop, as needed, and respected our home. Everyone was meticulous with their work and really seemed to enjoy working on the project, even complimenting our design. Brey led a lot of the day to day and put the finishing touches on everything, getting feedback for little, but important things. He made sure we had a voice and were happy with the progress. He was also meticulous, taking his time to do things the right way and even explaining why he did what he did. Finally, the project management with Marie and Cody was great. They prioritized visibility, transparency, and strong communication. They obviously care about the work they do, the trades they hire, the experience of their customers, the impact on our neighbors (dropped off little "thanks for dealing with us" gifts after the project was done), and the greater impact they make contributing to the community (fostering animals and donating a portion of their proceeds to the Animal Humane Society). We are so happy with our choice to work with SpaceTurtle and look forward to hiring them for future projects!
We used SpaceTurtle on a basement renovation project and are extremely happy we chose to work with them. We will be using them for all future projects. The communication with SpaceTurtle really felt like they went above and beyond. They always kept us informed of what was going on and you were always talking with the SpaceTurtle team who knew all the details on the project. We enjoyed their process from exploring what was possible, choosing a plan, going through the selection process (which they made extremely easy with their online tools). We've already started thinking about our next projects around the house and SpaceTurtle will be the only call we make!
Space Turtle just finished a beautiful laundry room accent wall and I couldn’t be happier! Their crew does excellent, detailed design and construction work and left zero mess!! It took just a few days to construct and paint! Love the results and will recommend to my friends and family!!
