Jules is very knowledgeable and skilled in her profession. I appreciate how she explained the different techniques that she could use on my hair to help me make informed decisions about my haircut. She also goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable during your haircut by including your preferences for talking, music, and a complimentary drink. This truly was the best experience I have ever had getting my haircut!

Thrilled to have found Jules and Salon Forte! She helped modernize my color, in turn making it easier to maintain all while looking great during the outgrowth phase. She's given me many haircare tips that have overall made my hair the healthiest it's ever been. Love catching up with her and her private, intimate salon is such a welcome change!!

Jules cut my 13 yr old daughters hair. She hates getting her haircut and has been struggling with how she views herself. She will sometimes say that she thinks she's ugly. Jules treated her with so much kindness and respect and did an amazing job talking to her and engaging her and taught her how to curl her hair. It was amazing to watch her engage my girl. When we were leaving she passed by a mirror and I heard her whisper under her breath, "I'm pretty..." it almost made me cry. Thanks so much to Jules! She's the best. We will definitely be back.
