We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Russell Room Remodelers on our recent basement remodel. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations! LaRae and Caitlin made the planning and scoping process seamless and enjoyable; they were attentive, organized, and truly listened to what we wanted. One thing that really stood out was the communication. We were kept informed every step of the way and the team was always willing to offer thoughtful advice on details we hadn’t considered. They were flexible and made adjustments as needed as the project came together, which made a huge difference in the final result. All of the subcontractors did excellent work and the quality across the board shows! On top of that, the project timeline stayed tight and we didn't have any delays which is almost unheard of in this industry. We genuinely have zero complaints and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.
