Why I go to Premier Health every six weeks? Over ten years ago Dr. Witte helped me through a difficult lower back injury. After that, and it took six months to get decently better again, I decided it was a great deal easier and better to visit and get small problems adjusted correctly then to let my back get seriously out of shape. The theory works. I get my six week "tune up" and have no great problems. Some visits there is more out of alignment than I would expect and other times its pretty mundane. Mundane is not bad! I highly recommend Dr. David Witte for therapy services. He not only applies the traditional hands on method of therapy, he has an array of devices to suit any type of back and muscle issues. Mention my name please for a referral and you will have a most pleasant experience.

Dr. Witte has been my chiropractor since 1995. He uses the activator method which in my experience works best for me. I especially like that he starts out with percussion massage before any adjustments. I highly recommend Dr. Witte and Premier Health as part of your program for a more healthy and pain-free life.
