The staff at front are always nice and Attentive. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Jennifer Svednsen. She goes about and beyond with her patients. She truly listens and is never pushy. She is a wonderful Doctor with lots of knowledge. Always ran a test or referred me to a specialist if I had any concern with my son. She is one of a kind!!
Had a great scheduler, she knew a lot and helped me tons. Information are all there on the computer it seems so I didn't need to explain all much. She just pulled it from the record. Good job, guys. Thank you!
I’m focusing my review on the care I received. I established a new primary doctor and the visit was great. He took his time to listen to me and I felt valued. All the staff were nice and helpful.
As far as billing, I haven’t received it yet however they were up front with the billing practices in regards to preventative care. I don’t blame the providers for billing practices as they do what they are told. At least I was made aware of the potential extra charges and it was my choice if I wanted to address further medical issues.
