ICC came and removed 2 areas of mold that resulted from a leaky pipe and a poorly functioning bathroom fan. Bryce, our service person was great at detecting the issues, removing, cleaning and sanitizing them and then spotlessly cleaned everything up upon finishing. He was very polite and kind.
Although I ended up not needing to go through with ICC as most of my damages are textile and electronic related, Melissa was a pleasure to work with.

ICC was phenomenal to work with. From water mitigation through to finished product they guided us every step of the way. They worked with the insurance company to make sure we were made whole again, not just get replacement value minus depreciation as the insurance company originally estimated, which was 1/10th the actual cost. Specifically, our contractor Tim and main contact Katelyn were extremely responsive and always there for us when we had questions or needed help with something. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We will use them for any and all future projects. If I could give them 10 stars I would!
