The ladies were quick, professional and I left with a solid hair cut. It wasn't anything fancy bit it was done well. I showed up without doing the online check in, there was a line in front of me and the whole process was 30 minutes door to door. Very pleased

Apparently the person cutting my hair could not scissor cut my hair because her fingers were too big. Kind of interesting because the woman not a big person. Okay....whatever. So she used the clippers which went pretty well. But, when I got home I noticed a few things. My smallish side burns were not even, there was no attempt to clean the hair out of my ears and little attempt to clean other hair clippings off me and probably the worst was I had a 'whitewall' around one ear but not the other. My wife started going there about 3 months ago. She use to pay $90+ tip to have her hair cut at a fancy stylist and now at Great Clips is about 75% less for a better cut. Now I go there with a little savings, but I don't have to listen about sports. Both very pleased!
