Great Clips has a decent price point and provides good haircuts. Some stylists are more knowledgeable than others, but they generally do a good job. The staff is friendly and courteous. The online check-in system is helpful, but it can be frustrating when people check in and then arrive late, making the wait longer for others. The facility is clean and the service is quick and professional. Great Clips does a solid job with haircuts, and some stylists are particularly helpful with advice. Wait times can vary, but using the online check-in can help minimize the wait. Overall, Great Clips provides a good experience and leaves customers happy with their haircuts. Decent price point and haircuts, some of the stylists (one) talk more than cut though so the wait can be long. Also it's obvious that folks check-in way in advance and rock up whenever, the wait-list should be adjusted so that those stats have checked in and are present automatically jump those that have just checked in otherwise the system can and will be gamed as I will now I know that.
I like this place! It’s not super expensive and they usually do a good job :) some of the stylists seem a little more knowledgeable than others, but I’ve never had an issue with any of the stylists there. I want to shout out Kim though - she is really helpful with advice and took the time to answer my many questions and explain how to deal with some of the hair struggles I’ve been having. I am very happy with my haircut I got today, it’s the happiest I’ve been with my hair in quite some time, and I’m going home confident that I will be able to style it to look the way I want it to, due to Kim’s great advice. The ladies were quick, professional and I left with a solid hair cut. It wasn't anything fancy bit it was done well. I showed up without doing the online check in, there was a line in front of me and the whole process was 30 minutes door to door. Very pleased
