My fiancé, Jesse, and I had an awesome experience with Cam Erskine. We had a flood in our unit last December and just got things wrapped up yesterday in July (due to a number of other issues that took some time). Cam was extremely responsive and helpful in the replacement of our flooring. We did *a lot* of research and talked to a ton of people and had a number of different folks involved in the remediation, as it affected numerous areas throughout our living space. He worked efficiently with these other contractors to make things happen smoothly. Thank you, Cam. Your kindness was most appreciated and we love our new floor.

5 stars for the WORST flooring company around. They are extremely over priced, not willing to compromise for a deal, and customer service is impossible to get ahold of. The staff seemed under trained and couldn't answer simple questions. I heard they aren't very nice to their employees and are severely micromanaged. I can see why they closed two of their locations. I hope some day they will grow out of their old ways.

I picked this place in part because Andy was helpful and friendly. The owner did the measurements and was super nice and Juan and his team were super efficient and finished my basement perfectly.
