The eye clinic, located inside Costco, provides a convenient and professional experience. The doctors and staff are personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Patients appreciate the updated technology and timely appointments. The receptionist/assistant is warm and helpful, making the experience welcoming and efficient. Overall, the clinic is highly recommended for excellent eye care.
I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Jen and her staff. I was warmly greeted and promptly began my full eye exam appointment. All tests were explained and my feedback taken into account. I had an issue with my vision with my contacts being blurry and Dr. Jen started from scratch, checked my prescription and made some adjustments. We came up with a game plan that I am confident will bring my vision back to almost perfect! I walked out with a sample pair of contacts that dramatically improved my vision and I couldn’t be more grateful! Thank you Dr. Jen for taking the time to get it right!
Dr. Borges had time to explain what she thinks is going on with my eyes. I didn’t feel rushed and she had good ideas that may help me. I’m glad I made this appointment. Her staff was very attentive too. I highly recommend.
Great experience. Fast, efficient, got a thorough exam and Dr was fabulous. She listened to me and we came up with a plan for new eyeglasses without trying to talk me into something I did not want or need.
