The eye clinic, located inside Costco, provides a convenient and professional experience. The doctors and staff are personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Patients appreciate the updated technology and timely appointments. The receptionist/assistant is warm and helpful, making the experience welcoming and efficient. Overall, the clinic is highly recommended for excellent eye care.
Dr Borges gives the most comprehensive eye exam anyone could want. She explains fully what she sees happening with your vision and answers any questions you might have completely. She never makes you feel rushed and truly listens to any concerns you might have.
I recently had an eye exam with Dr Borges and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The check-in process was smooth and professional and I was seen right on time.
The exam itself was thorough and informative. The doctor took the time to explain each step, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. Dr. Jen and her receptionist were incredibly kind and accommodating to all my needs. They made the appointment lighthearted and enjoyable.
Keeping the conversation flowing through the exam, Jen always knows how to pass the time effectively while giving you a thorough exam.
I especially enjoy her knowledgeable ability to give you all the details of what you inquire about.
Not only that but Costco gives great deals on glasses! Cheaper than any other optical provider I've had.
