I love my workouts at Discover Strength! When I started at DS, every part of my body was hurting. No exaggeration, I felt immediately better after one workout, and I have continued to feel better and better for the 2 years I’ve been a client. All of the trainers at Discover Strength - Woodbury are walking encyclopedias of fitness knowledge. They know all the right techniques along with the science behind it all. They strive to make sure your workouts are efficient and they make sure the intensity level suits your individual needs. Full body work out in 30 minutes - two times a week. Can't beat that! The facility is spotless too!
