I saw Dr. Cook today and he was right on time(8:20AM). His assistant, Molly, has a nice smile and was pleasant and efficient. I waited 6 weeks for my appointment because my new concerns were not serious, it was a follow-up appt. and I wanted to see Dr. Cook. He thoroughly reviewed my concerns and examined me. In addition he was willing to address a couple other minor issues. He answered my questions. Did refills. Talked about his family and once again I was delighted to have him care for me. The new web site is easy to use. I recommend his derm practice!John, retired healthcare provider

Many low rating reviews are related to scheduling staff behaviour,which is quite unusual,indeed.They chose not to respond to my appointment request sent on line.This option is available on their website.Messages sent via patient’s portal have not been responded as well.Scheduling pattern itself belongs to a previous century and does not meet today’s expectations.I searched for a while and found another clinic that offers flexible communication options.Happy with my choice.

I sincerely don't know where the 0 star ratings are coming from. A lot of other people are complaining about the wait time. You are seeing a specialist. This is not a primary care visit, where doctors have the luxury of a cushy schedule. This is a person who has studied a specific area of medicine for a very long time. I had no issues at all scheduling an appointment. I honestly did not even know the referral had been approved/put in until I received a detailed voicemail from Dermatology Consultants Woodbury explaining how to schedule an appointment, their phone number, and their hours.
