I had an eye issue about a month after I went in to have my prescription updated. I emailed my concerns to Associated Eye Care through my secure online patient account, and literally about a second after I hit send, someone called me back to address my concerns. I'm not kidding, I think it was 1-2 seconds after I hit send. I'm not used to such dedication from health care professionals. They asked a number of probing questions, and did a really thorough triage of my situation, to make sure the issue was not an emergency that could negatively impact my situation. Associated Eye Care was easy to access and find. Robin, receptionist was very courteous and helpful.
Don't quote me on this, believe it's called the COA; Pa was very professional, sincere, and passionate about delivering the best services, especially with a two (2) way conversation method.
Dr. Harris is great, gave us great information, very affable, and assisted us in achieving the goals we came there for.
Highly recommend!!!

Office staff at the front desk were smiling and were very courteous. Jennifer or Jenn as they call her was extremely nice and did one of the best exams I have had in a very long time. She figured out what was wrong with my “new” glasses I had gotten from another eye clinic within half an hour. She spent the next half hour to 45 minutes seeing if there was something to fix the problem. She I was amazed!!! Dr Susan was super nice. She checked a few things and agreed. Checkout staff were very friendly as well. Office was extremely clean and if I should need anything else from them I will definitely make an appointment to go back.
