I’ve been going to Associated for about 5 years. I arrive for my appointment at the requested 15 minutes prior and every time I am seeing the doctor by my scheduled appointment time. They are professional, compassionate and answer questions so completely. Added bonus, they are very engaged in their communities.
Impressed by the staff and quality of care but only gripe is the wait times. I get several appt reminders via text and at least 1 phone call reminding me of appt time…yet they always manage to be running 30mins behind. Maybe I should send them appt reminders too.
I love how they have a pediatric specialist to help us not only with the routine eye exams for our kiddos but they were able to help us do an in-depth assessment if our kids had any vision issues or learning disabilities. They are great!
