I went in late, but got there before the 15-minute window. Skylar was waiting for me, and when we talked about what I wanted, she completely understood and did exactly what I wanted and needed. I wanted a natural look with not a lot of clumps or being overdone.
Trisha was amazing! Great energy and a gentle touch. This was my first full set of lashes. She asked good questions to make sure I got the right set and when she was done, throughly explained after care. Will def be back again!
I've been coming here regularly for lash extensions and have an an overall great experience, especially under our new location's new manager Madeline. Love appointments with Madelyn H., and it's nice to have the option of other stylists if she's unavailable or I have an emergency. Totally aside from the location and service- the website is awful and is hard to understand what you have paid and used as far as monthly packages go. Hoping for an app!
