In this day and age Value is key in my mind as everything, everywhere is expensive. John K was absolutely fantastic to work with and held my hand throughout the process, which was uncharted territory for me. Dozens of different design scenarios, quotes, size changes, John guided me through everything and educated me throughout the process. And he had utmost patience with my indecision at times. Great quality and professional service! - This past Summer we had a 96 mph straight line wind take off about 25% of the roof of our 7000 sq.ft. showroom building; followed by about 8 inches of rain over the next few days. RAM was onsite within 24 hours of the weather event and had a crews ready for recovery, demolition, and repairs within days. Working primarily with Kevin and Luke; both had great communication throughout the entire process and were always just a phone call away when I had questions or concerns. I Highly recommend RAM and their Subcontractors as they all did an excellent job and were very professional throughout.
