Manager was very rude and kept cutting me off on the phone. Walmart messed up my prescription and she treated me like I did something wrong. Then laughed in my face when I asked for a different associate. Her reply when asked “haha I’m the manager but I can transfer you if you’d like”. Very unprofessional. This is like the 4th or 5th mess up Walmart has had for my contacts in the last 3 months. Never going back. Wish I could give zero stars

I have went to Dr. P for 8 years and I have always had a great experience. She takes the time to listen to me and ask how things are going, she has been nothing but professional when I have been there.

I stopped in a little while ago to have some changes done to my glasses as well as my moms. Dave was the only person there and I have worked with him before. As usual he greeted us with rudeness. When we told him we had another pair of glasses that need to be changed he physically had a fit and rolled his eyes at us. Told us that usually people put all the glasses out right away. I have experienced this same rudeness from him in the past and am saddened to come in and see him working.
