We accidentally locked ourselves out of our house at 8pm Monday. They came to us within 5 minutes, were reasonably priced, friendly & offered to make us a couple spare keys right on site. We will always use them for any future needs!

Nate was so great to work with. He explained all my options and what fixes we could/couldn’t do. He was so friendly and knowledgable and even adjusted some of our deadbolts so they were smoother and easier to use. 10/10 service!

My daughter lives in the Twin Cities and needed a new fob for her Prius. I made an appointment with Nate to get one on a Saturday when my daughter was visiting me in NE Iowa. Nate was able to get the part sent to him overnight, and he called us when it arrived late on Saturday morning. He even stayed a little after closing time to get the fob and key programmed for the car while we waited down the street at a coffee shop. I can't say enough good things about Tom's lock and Nate!
