They do a good job with the details of our taxes, and we appreciate that we can just drop them off as two full time workers. I’m only giving 4 stars due to a lack of communication and a lack of updated hours. They finished our taxes on the final day and called us, but they neglected to let us know their hours changed and their hours were incorrectly posted on their website and building. I stopped there multiple times trying to get our taxes as did my husband. It was very frustrating. Their communication needs some work.
