Suola is a place that the community has needed for a long time. The salt room is fantastic and will leave your lungs feeling brand new and the sauna/cold plunge is the most amazing thing I never knew I needed. From the staff to the products available to the services themselves - everything is top notch. Do yourself a favor and try it out for yourself!

I travel a tiny bit over an hour to get to Suola Spa. And it is most definitely worth it. The staff feels like caring friends. The atmosphere is gentle, uplifting and soothing. The spirit of the spa is meditative. With this combination and by the end of my sessions (traditional sauna + polar plunge + salt room), I feel the buoyancy of rejuvenation running through my veins once again. There is wisdom here, and your body will listen :)

A clean, inviting, & warm (literally) environment. The sauna + cold plunge is a weekly MUST for me, & when I’m feeling ill I love laying in the salt room to receive the respiratory benefits. Staff are beyond welcoming and kind, & will explain everything if you have questions. Suola services are my weekly “me time”

Suola is a different kind of spa. We’ve created a sanctuary for rest using holistic healing modalities. From the moment you walk in, you’ll be greeted by a friendly face who’ll get you ready for your salt or sauna session. You’ll be asked to take off your shoes and store away any devices so that you can truly relax. You’ll then be taken to The Salt Room or The Sauna Room where your session will begin.
