Since 2009, Plumbers Mechanical Group, LLC has been the trusted name in Southeast Minnesota for all plumbing and HVAC needs. PMG helped with a bathroom project, and the crew was knowledgeable, had excellent recommendations, and were very easy to work with. When a furnace went out on a Sunday, they were called right away Monday at 7am, and a technician arrived by 8am, replacing it same day in about 2 hours. For a boiler set up with zone valves, a technician named Alex was polite, considerate, respectful, and professional. He spent hours bleeding out air until the system was recharged and running right. On multiple occasions, whether for an emergency or general maintenance, PMG provides fair pricing and professional service from both the admin and the techs. One receptionist was very well in tuned to the work needed and sent Scott, who listens, tries many different ways to complete the work, and left no mess at all. Plumbers Mechanical Group is dedicated to quality, ensuring customer satisfaction with every project.
Everyone at PMG has been exceptional! They have installed a new heating and air-conditioning system with a humidifier, an upper level air conditioning split, a water heater, a water softener, sump pump, and a sewer processing system. Plus, with the major home remodel, they installed all of the fixtures and a walk-in tub.
In addition, they have helped with other plumbing issues around the house, including a major pipe problem.
They are truly exceptional, and in a small town, it's such a blessing to have a dependable, down-to-earth plumbing team you know you can trust. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
PMG helped us, along with Servais Tile ans Stone on a bathroom project. The crew from PMG was knowledgeable, had some excellent recommendations and were very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them and would call them again.
