I had such a great experience- I wish I would have asked the owners’ names! They are such a great duo. The woman did a regular pedicure and she was so funny and nice to talk with. I can’t say I have had that experience at many nail salons, to be very honest. When I was getting my nails dried, another girl came in to get a touch up because one of her nails chipped removing a screen protector and they didn’t charge her! Again, that’s unheard of! If there are any issues, rest assured, they will do everything to right it if brought up timely. I will definitely be coming back next time I’m visiting
Came in with an idea of halloween nails. Got a wine red base coat and the lady offered to do a spiderweb on my ring finger. It was too out of my price range for the original ideas I had. The spiderweb ended up looking really jank. Wish I took a better look before I left and asked her to remove it. It wasn’t a neat design at all. There was a bunch of hard gunk and residue underneath the nail that should have been cleaned up. And the color of the nail wasn’t pigmented. When I would see them in the sun, I could see through them. She should have put another coat. I ended up painting over the design with black. My nails were super bumpy and not consistent. I fell in love with this place! I had not found a nail place that stuck with me until I came to Luxury. Great atmosphere, great nail turnout, and even better people running it! Will definitely be coming back here.
