I had my annual mammogram done on Monday June 16, 2025 by technologist, Michelle L Wuensch and she was AWESOME!! She was direct and thorough about the process but in a way that puts people at ease. She showed me my scans, explained the images and asked several times if I had any questions. During the process, she asked for feedback on how I was doing. While getting a mammogram is not a fun process, Michelle actually made it an enjoyable experience with her welcoming and open demeanor and her willingness to answer questions and get feedback.
I saw Dr Dudley yesterday and he was wonderful! He was kind, professional, explained everything to me clearly. The nurse Kris was wonderful too! If I have anymore health needs I'll definitely be going to Gundersen Winona clinic!

From the kind, caring, and professional service we received from Mary in reception, to the nursing staff, and finally to Dr. Rotert who listened patiently and has been so thorough and truly compassionate….
