Flow Jiu-Jitsu is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school that teaches in the Rickson Gracie lineage. As part of Team Vaghi under Rodrigo Vaghi, the gym offers training with IBJJF National and World Champions. The instructors, who are knowledgeable and passionate about Jiu-Jitsu, have won tournaments at all levels, including IBJJF World Championships. The gym is welcoming to new people and provides a supportive environment for learning self-defense, sport Jiu-Jitsu, and getting in shape. With free seminars from Black Belt instructors and private lessons available, Flow Jiu-Jitsu is a great place for anyone looking to learn a useful skill. The coaches are enthusiastic, humble, and take the time to meet each student where they're at, making it a great community for both beginners and experienced practitioners.

Flow Jiu Jitsu is a fantastic place to train. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and accomplished BJJ practitioners who are also very patient and supportive to everyone who comes in the door. The coaches and team treat everyone like family, and make you feel like you belong there no matter what your age, skill and fitness level are. One of the biggest advantages is the number of classes and open mat sessions available each week, morning and evening, all available for a very reasonable monthly fee. Love this place.
