Terrible internet connection and I still have a giant black glob of silicone on my white siding from years ago. And yea I did call them about it and they did absolutely nothing to fix my siding. I got the equivalent of a “sucks to be you”.

Good service, friendly staff and techs. Haven’t been able to get a straight answer about IPV6 support - answers have ranged from “huh?” to “it’s in beta testing if you’re interested” (to which I expressed interest and never heard anything more). But aside from that - would recommend.
