I give them a 5 star. For price, quality of service they give to the customer. I can give them a call with a problem in the morning they will do there best to get a technician to you as quick as possible. The Office staff and service technicians are friendly.

My dryer quit working, Elite came out a day later and noticed a fire had started inside the machine. The Tech contacted Maytag and immediately got the process going of what my options were. Less than a month later and I have a new, working dryer, and they handled everything else!
