Had an AC condenser issue on my older unit and was taken care of promptly and Eliot did a great job and had one on hand and repaired the same day. He did an excellent job at a pivotal time and has it back in shape.
Extremely happy with the fast and courteous service from the office and Eliot at a time where it’s hot and humid and they made sure I was taken care of, and I couldn’t be more pleased.
I highly recommend not only Elite but Eliot as well for the quality of their services.
I am now using their Membership Services to keep things not only running well but to help with costs and services that may come in the future. I would recommend this to other customers… read full review
Very grateful for Elite. Temperature control is critical to our biotech company, so when the AC went out on a 90+ degree day, prompt service was critical and Elite was here right away. Their technicians didn’t leave until we had AC and then worked to correct an issue with the equipment that no one else has been able to. I highly recommend them and their team.
