I am a small business owner, Hired Westberg Eischens Jan 2023, we emailed back and forth up until April 2023 then no response. Tax day came and went then I finally heard back and they said they didnt file my taxes because they were waiting on my missing W2. I am a small business owner there was no W2! When I emailed the company about this I never heard back. They filed my taxes late. I would not recommend this company they don't seem to have their ducks in a row and have terrible customer service.

We have been getting our taxes done by Ruth for years and couldn't be happier! She always goes above and beyond. She is very knowledgeable and backed by a great team of knowledge that insures that no matter what comes up they know what to do and work for your best interest. They are priced very fair and worth every cent... there are many places in life to cut corners but your accountant isn't one of them.
