Chappel is great. They came to my house today, identified the issue, fixed it, and it wasn't even as expensive as I was anticipating. Altogether very happy and my house is cooking off nicely. I will definitely use them again if I need to. I highly recommend them.

We have had issues with our Navian Tankless Water heater. The plumber, Bryant, called when he was available and showed up at our door. He is a fine gentleman. The problem was not with the actual heater, but with an external accessory of the water heater. Bryant spent the time necessary to find the true problem, in spite of Navian Technical Service directing him towards a FAR more expensive component, which was, indeed, working properly. It was not an inexpensive solution, however, a much less expensive solution than suggested by Navian Technical Assistance, and Bryant has proven that his solution was in fact the correct solution. So, Bryant actually saved us money.
I had a problem with my faucet, so I decided to buy a new one and install it myself. However, I encountered some issues during the installation process. I contacted several local companies, but they all quoted me a service fee of over $140.00 plus the installation costs. Then, I reached out to your company and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by your plumber. I explained the issue to him, and he arrived within 10 minutes. He quickly identified that the connector was defective, advised me to exchange it, and to give him a call if I ran into any issues. He took the time to help me without charging me anything.
