I’ve been a customer of Chappell Central for over 40 years and here’s why: Today, our air conditioner stopped working. At 4:05pm I called the office to report the problem. The service center responded by saying they would get a technician to look at it today. Within 15 minutes a technician called to say he was just finishing a job and would arrive within 15 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the defective part and had the AC working by 4:50! That’s what I call customer service!! Duaine Amundson Willmar
The process of replacing our furnace and adding an AC unit was very smooth with Chappell. While we will wait for spring to have the job finished (AC connected); working with Tim (sales, estimate, scheduling) was a pleasure. He's professional, clear in communication, and honest. The crew that installed were careful and courteous, on time and thorough. The office staff was pleasant when I stopped by for a few things. We went with a smart thermostat (ecobee) and Carrier furnace and air. It's already working better than the unit that they removed (which was also painless, even though there was a behemoth of a wood burning furnace adjacent). Great work!
