I have heard so many negative stories and comments, yet during our unfortunate events this past month, both my husband and I were seen for separate issues. We were both treated with respect and dignity from the moment we arrived until we left. In my case. I was in the ER and they ran several tests, keeping me updated throughout and taking great care of me and my family. They were cautious. They communicated effectively. I was admitted and the next day underwent surgery. I was treated by multiple departments and every single person was amazing. I have zero complaints. I felt safe and that I was being well cared for. I appreciate everyone that was working and took care of me.
cnetracare does not provide high quality care and they do not care about you. I've had chest pains,shortness of breath for 3 weeks now. cough only for 7 weeks. they did an ekg and sent it off for further review and the ecg came back with possible left atrium enlargement. I messaged the doctor that did the ekg and she told me she is not worried about the left atrium enlargement because I'm not have a heart attack and would not look into it further. what the heck kind of care is this. so basically I have to be having a heart attack in order for the possible left atrium enlargment to be looked into further. I messaged my primary and she ordered the echocardiogram but now they tell me they can't get me in untill April 15th. what the heck. centracare does not care at all. on top of all that on February 27th I had a CT scan of my chest. they put the IV in wrong and it hurts so bad. I told the lady hoe bad the iv itself hurt and even how bad the saline hurt and she just left it in and kept proceeding. when it cam time for he iodine it hurt so bad that my whole body moved. they didn't get good images so on march 4th they had to redo the scan and that time it was done correctly. now they are billing me for both scans when if they would have redone the IV the first time I would have never had to have the 2nd one done. I should not have to pay for a single penny for the one that was Don on February 27th.
